Welcome to Carely! We provide holistic, home-based care services tailored for older teenagers and young adults with disabilities, including physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, life skills training, and behavioural support. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are intended to clarify our commitment to quality care and your responsibilities as a client.
Services Provided
Scope of Services
Carely offers comprehensive home-based care, which may include physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as life skills training. Service offerings may evolve as we strive to best meet our clients’ needs.
Customized Approach
Each care plan is tailored to the individual’s specific needs. Services are coordinated by our team, consisting of trained professionals, including therapists and caregivers.
Scheduling and Cancellations of Individual Sessions
Appointment
Appointments are scheduled at mutually convenient times. We encourage consistency in scheduling to maintain continuity of care.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to Carely professionals for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment Terms
Fee Structure
Fees for each service are specified in the individual care plan. Prices may vary depending on the level of care and services selected.
Payment Schedule
Payment terms will be agreed upon in the client contract. Carely reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Data Protection
Carely is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. All personal and medical information collected is used exclusively for providing high-quality care and will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Confidentiality Agreement
All information regarding the client’s care plan and progress is confidential and will not be shared without the client’s or legal guardian’s consent.
Limitation of Liability
Professional Care Commitment
Carely is dedicated to providing quality care and maintaining high standards in all services. However, Carely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, more information also provided in the Client Agreement.
Scope of Liability
In case of any dispute, Carely’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, and any applicable refunds will be processed within the designated refund period. Read more under the Cancellation & Refund section.
Client and Staff Conduct
Respectful Interactions
Carely expects respectful and professional interactions between clients and staff. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. In cases of disruptive behaviour, Carely reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone involved.

All Carely professionals follow strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
Refund Policy
Full Refund
A full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment or completion of the onboarding form by the client, whichever occurs first.
Partial Refund
Refund requests made after 24 hours of payment or after the onboarding form is filled (whichever comes first) but before sessions begin will be subject to a setup fee deduction as follows:

₹5,000 if you opted for one therapist.

₹3,000 per therapist if you opted for two or more therapists.
Once sessions have started, the refund will be calculated by deducting:

The setup fee (as mentioned above), and
-
The cost of all sessions already completed or allocated to therapists.
The remaining amount will be refunded based on the unused portion of the plan.
Set up Cost
Post 24 hours of payment or after the onboarding form is filled (whichever comes first), setup costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes therapist matching, initial configuration, and onboarding support.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days from the date the refund request is confirmed by the Carely team.
Termination
Carely reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.
Governing Laws
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Karnataka, India in which Carely operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
The Client may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice to contact@thecarely.com.
Cancellation by Carely
Carely may terminate the Agreement with 7 days' notice, or immediately if the Client breaches the Agreement.
Settlement
All outstanding fees must be paid within 15 days of termination.
