Cancellation and Refunds

Refund Policy

Full Refund

A full refund, minus the setup cost, is available if requested before the onboarding call or within 7 days of payment, whichever comes first.

Partial Refund

After the onboarding call or 7 days from payment (whichever comes first), Carely offers a partial refund. The refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of sessions already completed, a non-refundable setup fee, and any applicable operational charges. The remaining amount will be refunded based on the unused portion of the plan.

Set up Cost

Setup costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes initial configuration and onboarding fees.

Termination

Carely reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

The Client may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice to contact@thecarely.com.

Cancellation by Carely

Carely may terminate the Agreement with 7 days' notice, or immediately if the Client breaches the Agreement.

Settlement

All outstanding fees must be paid within 15 days of termination.
