This policy outlines how Caretopia Network Private Limited ("Carely") collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal information related to the use of its platform and services.

1. Information Collected

Carely collects the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Includes your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, marital status, photos, and any other information provided during registration, profile creation, or direct interactions.
• User Content: All information shared by you with Carely, for which you retain all rights and responsibility.
• Payment Information: Carely collects transaction details, payment amounts, dates of transactions, and billing addresses necessary for verification and processing. We do not store your actual credit card details.

2. Use and Sharing of Information

Internal Sharing (Staff and Vendors)

Your profile and service information are shared with Carely Staff and independent Professional vendors/partners solely to assist them in providing the best possible therapeutic and support services outlined in your Subscription Plan. This sharing is strictly for therapeutic purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

Information may be shared with external service providers for essential functions, including:

• Cloud infrastructure hosting
• Platform analytics
• Payment processing

These providers are selected based on their commitment to data safety and security.

3. The Carely App

When you use the Carely mobile app, this is exactly what happens with your information:

What the app collects

• Your account: when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email address — nothing else from those accounts.
• Your check-in: onboarding answers, including responses to well-being questionnaires (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7 and SDQ). This is sensitive health information and we treat it that way: it is used only to personalise your support and recommend the right kind of care. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
• Your conversations with Carely AI: stored securely against your account so your thread continues across chat and voice. You can clear your conversation at any time from inside the app.
• Bookings: session details you book with a therapist, shared with that therapist and our care team to deliver the session.

What stays on your device

Your journal notes and progress history are stored only on your phone. They are not uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app deletes them.

Voice sessions

In voice mode, your microphone audio is transcribed by your device's speech-recognition service, and Carely's spoken replies are generated by a text-to-speech provider. We do not store your raw audio recordings.

AI processing

Messages you send to Carely AI are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response, under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train their models. Carely AI is a support companion, not a medical service, and is not a substitute for a licensed clinician or emergency care.

Emails

We send transactional emails only — booking confirmations, session reminders and cancellations. No marketing without your consent.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to You → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything attached to it — profile, conversations, check-ins and bookings. You can also email us at contact@thecarely.com and we will do it for you.

4. Data Security and Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
• Opt out of certain data collections and communications, provided the information is not essential for the delivery of the Services.

5. Policy Changes and Contact

Carely may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on the platform.
